On September 21 we ordered 2 costumes and 2 accessory kits for a total of $157.00! These were for two young boys that were so excited!
To make a VERY long story short, these costumes never came. The only contact I had with this company was two rude salespeople (on two seperate non toll-free long distance calls). These calls were made after two emails went un-answered for over a week and a half. The two different salespeople informed me that the costumes were coming - that we were just waiting on the kits.
By October 24th, I had tried calling for one whole week - with no answer. I called and called and called - always a busy signal! I also tried emailing - 4 times. NO Response!
Ironically, only after I cancelled the credit card used for this order, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and sent a threatening letter did this company contact me. Amazing!
