Elizabeth Rusk-Moore rented costumes from our company Oct. 21 and never returned them. Our policy is to keep credit card information on file for security deposit in case the costumes never come back or are damaged or lost.
Elizabeth Rusk-Moore was due to return her costumes on Nov. 2. When we called Nov. 7th to check on the status of the costumes, the answering machine said we called Grace Foundation and to leave a message, which we did.
After many attempts to contact Elizabeth Rusk-Moore to get our costumes back, we were forced to charge her credit card on file to recover the costs.
We thought we were done with the situation.
Nov. 24 we got a dispute letter from the credit card company about the charges for the rental. January 16th we recieved another dispute letter about the charges for the replacement costs.
Elizabeth Rusk-Moore not only has our costumes, but she is trying to get her money back on the replacement costs for the costumes. We will be out $1000 (She rented 2 deluxe costumes) if her disputes for the charges are approved. We just want our costumes back!
