Five Star Fido is TERRIBLE! They tell you on the websitewhen the item will be shipped but they NEVER ship on time & MOST of thetime they do not even have the stock available! Instead, they offersubstitutions, generally for more expensive items. They charge the credit cardimmediately after you place the order, yet they refuse to credit your accountimmediately. They violate the terms of their own contract but hold youaccountable for a 15% restocking fee. When you finally contact someone theycome up with all sorts of excuses. & when you challenge those they turnrude and even hang up the phone! They do not return calls or respond to emailsunless you threaten to take further action. The only calls they answer are fornew orders. After much aggravation I researched their reviews and realized howbadly they are perceived by everyone, Including a D rating on BBB! When I toldS the lady on the phone about their BBB rating she said: You can pay to haveyour rating bumped up, you know and they are currently working on having thatrating changed - she said. Amazing response! Anyone, please educate me, can youreally buy a better rating with the BBB? I guess Five Star Fido will have topay a bundle for any bump-up!!
