When I call 800- BING -411 for a company's phone number, almost EVERY company I call gets a "2 star" rating, WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to leave MY OWN rating of that same company. When i try to search online about how to leave my own rating, every search leads to a dead end, with no apparent way to leave a rating. After extensive searching ON BING and google, I finally did come across some businesses who were complaining that BING REMOVED REVIEWS from their listings... But the 800 number continues to give reviews every time you use the service to call a company. It appears that reviews have been discontinued, SO COMPANIES ARE APPARENTLY PERMANENTLY STUCK WITH THEIR CURRENT RATINGS. I'm referring specifically to Papa Johns #268,5898 S Orange Blossom Trl; the Bing Directory rates it "2 stars, " but I wanted to offset that with the 5-star rating that they deserve because the place is IMMACULATE and the food was awesome, even though they are right in the middle of one of Orlando's worst redlight districts. So I call 800bing411 to see if I mightve missed how to leave my own review, then I checked the website to see if I could do it there... And NOTHING, I cant leave a bing review.
