I arranged wth a company called Beckens for my move and Serenty showed up, assurng me they were just a branch of Beckens. They charged me for much more than the beckens estimate. When my stuff finally showed up, many things, including antique furniture which Beckens had assured me they were capable of professionally handling or I would not have gone wth them, was ruined. Not one pece was undamaged. Some things, like a portable sewing machine, never even were delivered. Many boxes were crushed and contents were broken. The mover who delivered it acknowledged how terrible the condition was in everything and signed the form accordingly. The person at Serenity with whom I spoke was very kind and sympathetic and assured me their insurance would look at the photos I sent and would come up with an amount of restituton. I called and emailed many times and the first few months I got the same patient sympathetic response, until no one answered and I have received nothing and my stuff is damaged.
