Well let me begin by saying after many long and hard hours of research I have discovered that these company's Beckens/Serenity have and continue to be allowed to scam, steal and extrot innocent individuals out of their money and life long possessions. (THIS IS FULL BLOWN EXTROTION IN EVERY FORM OF THE WORD)
On August 16.2010 I spok (e with Beckens Moving And Storage rep (Jack) regarding a move from Victorville, Ca to Ferndale Mi at which point I was quoted a price of of $1,404.00 for 2400 pounds. I was told that the price could be locked in with a credit card payment of $400.00. First mistake they charged my credit card $425.00 and then refused an explanation as to why. I informed Jack at this point that I did not think I wanted to use them, at which point he told me my $400.00 would not be refunded if I decided to cancel.
