Philip Pitts Inground Vinyl Liner Walls Caved In After Installation & Philip OF Pleasure Pools Will NOT Return My Calls

Philip Pitts of Pleasure Pools called on 1/21/10 to tell me he was putting in our vinyl liner that day. I told him he better be wearing boots as we got a 1/2 of rain the day before. His 2 man crew drained, smoothed and put the liner in on the first day and started filling.By the next morning my husband and I noticed the sand/dirt/cement mixure rippling the sides/bottom. We voiced our concern to one of the crew who called Philip who told me he'd come back when it was drier to fix.in April I started calling him, he told me he'd get in touch with me the following week. That never happened. I called the week after that on a Monday and talked to his receiptionist who told me I wasn't on his schedule and she'd take my name and number and he'd return my call. Nothing. On Wednesday I took pics and called his office again and his receiptionist let me send the pics to her phone. I called back and she said I was in luck he just drove in and he could talk to me about them. I heard muffled sounds and she got back on the phone and said quickly "He'll call you back." and hung up. I've not heard from him since.
