It is a credit card agency that will take your money at thier liesure and will not send any documentation with their product. After tracking them down to get my refund I was first told it would be their in 3-5 business days.
Called back after the period had expired and was told that it could take up to 30 days to refund. I'm at 30 days and no sign of my money. The people (patrick in particular) are very rude and discorteous, and I was hung up on several attempts and/or put on hold for long lengths of time.
