1. Requested the non stick cookware. They recommended me to permit 6-8 wks for delivery. I named nowadays and talked with Steve technology#17. I told him its two times after dark eight-week mark and that I still don't have any item. This purchase was positioned and established on 3/24/10. He explained to permit it another couple of days. I requested to consult with a supervisor and he explained he was a boss. I didnt think it but ignore it.
2. They prepared my cost per week prior to the purchase actually delivered. It's regulations that I ought to not be billed until my item has delivered or quit their service. Our card was billed on 5/11/10 but purchase didn't send until 5/18/10.
As of this moment I'm still waiting on item I've not obtained, however ive been billed plus they are past their delivery time marketed. At this time i dont actually need the merchandise but so what can I actually do??
