Cricket Wireless has the WORST customer service. The authorized agents have extremely limited support in solving issues with there network & the device itself. Calling the 800 Customer service number is equally unsatisfactory. Neither of these resources are able to do much more than assist in receiving payments & setting up accounts. Any troubleshooting such as resetting a device's unlock code, resetting a device on their network MUST be done by visiting a Cricket Wireless Corporate Store, which are very few locations in a large metropolitan city as San Diego. T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizion, AT &T all offer customer service that rivals in comparison to Cricket. They do not require their customers to travel throughout the city, spending more time waiting for service than one would spend in a community medical hospital. My opinion, if you have another option, GO WITH IT. AVOID Cricket Wireless.
