Saw ad on tv about this firm and how hard they work to solve your financial problems.
Got appointment met with David Krieger, told me not to worry a chapter 13 was my best way to go, assured me that he was reachable by phone or e-mail at any time. Filled out papers with secretary paid, $1500.00 and another $3300.00 due later to be paid by court through a payment plan.
When papers came back they had a problem in an error of amount of money owed, this caused my payments to the court to be higher. Visited their office met with George Haines and pointed out the problem was told not to worry he would get it straight.
This has never happened and I am in more trouble now than I ever was before I filed the chapter 13, am ready to lose my home because of these attorneys, and they are doing nothing about it.
They do not answer any phone calls. Never respond to any e-mails, in fact since my computer tells me when an e-mail is opened, they never even look at them. Have tried every way to contact them but am ignored, even if you get the secretary by lying who you are they seem to recognize your voice and you get passed on to a full message machine so you cant leave a message.
If your lucky you may get an assistant law clerk who just writes things down or so they say and you never get called back.
I have given them my money up front and all they did was file papers through their computer to the court. I am now being forced to find another attorney to file my case again, spend this time $6000.00 and lose the $15000.00 that I have already paid in, plus additional fees.
This Law Firm will do nothing but take your money with a big smile on their faces and lie to you at the same time.
They will do nothing, they are not to be trusted to handle anyones case because they don't care after they get your money. I wish I had never seen their ad on the tv. I am in he process of trying to file a law suite against them for malpractice although all their friends don't want to sue them.
Lawyers all stick together it doesn't matter who they screw over its not their money. Be warned stay away from this Law firm.
This law firm is like a blender, they suck you in and then spit you out. They have a line of people in their office and out the door just imagine all the suckers paying for a service that will never come.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. My advice now find a good attorney, check them out first, be sure before you spend your hard earned dollars on someone who will not care about you.
I see that others have been ripped off by Haines & Krieger maybe we could do a class action law-suite against them. Anyone interested please contact me
