Using Haines and Krieger is turning into a nightmare, paperwork getting lost, refaxed, still not recieved. Phone calls and emails that are supposed tobe answered in 24 hrs not being done. I have waited 5 days and 7 days, and still had to contact them. I talked to a friend whose sister and brother in law are going through the same problem with the same lawyer out of the same henderson office. They have been going through this for a year! We are told we cannot contact the lender or they can drop our contract, yet they give us no written proof they are talking to anyone, or that they have sent any paper work that 1i have sent them to the lender. How is this obvious ripoff legal? If haines and krieger are NOT doing what they said in there pamphlet and tv ads, they are in breech of our contract. If anyone else is having problems please contact this web site, tell your friends toleave there issues on here! We need to unite!
