I ordered two items last summer and supposedly they had perpetually been delayed. I even got an email from them saying that they were planning on getting the items in June, but I never got a response after that when I asked to get a refund. I never got a response about getting the items either after that and it has nearly been two months. I had paid for these items in full last September by paypal, but since it's past 60 days I am no longer eligible to get a refund that way. I have filed numerous online ticket requests and complaints without a response over the past 8 months. I got one or two responses saying that they are still preordered and they were awaiting their shipment, but like I said the most recent email contact said they were going ot get them, but they were obviously never sent out nor gave a refund. I have tried calling the phone number, but have never gotten a response. I am out about 270 dollars because of this scam artist!
