I have two problems with this company. The first is that their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I have a charge on our account that was for shipping that was not done by us. I've been calling them for the past year and they keep on ignoring my requests to take it off of our account.
I finally decided to pay the bill to get rid of their constant flood of invoices and late fees but they never credited my account. I've probably called them 30 times over the past year without any help from any of them. Recently they sent a collection letter along with an additional fee.
Please do me a favor and spread the word about this terrible company and hopefully they will go out of business very soon.
