My business experience with element restoration (malcolm busby) have been that of devastation. His business ethics are deceptive at best. I have witnessed him defraud customers that rely on him in their time of need and bill the homeowners insurance companies for items that he himself or his crew have damaged or destroyed while in the process of cleaning up floods or fire damaged residences.
I have also witnessed employess being sent into asbestos effected residences without knowledge of the danger. They were not given any protective gear and were not certified to deal with asbestos related dwellings.
