I too had bounced checks, unauthorized charges for my Memories By the Month. After much hassle including absolutely no response from customer service at all, my charges were credited.
However, I also recently experienced fraudulent charges on the debit card used exclusively for my business with SIAS. It is currently being investigated by my bank, which is TCF. Has anyone else had their business debit or credit card information used for clearly unauthorized purchases in recent months by unknown persons?
I'm wondering if someone has broken into SIAS's "secure" computer system. I've been an inactive consultant for almost a year so I have not made any purchases with the card, did not loose the card (I still retain posession of it) and someone used my SIAS business account debit card to take $500 cash from a Western Union. It was caught by Visa and my bank is currently investigating. Please, if this happened to you, please report it here so others can be aware.
