SBC = LIARS ripoff

Liars...

Each time I call SBC to complain about my phone bill, they promise to make adjustments to lower the charges.

Three times.

Each time, the bill has gone up... From $66/month to $170 per month.

These people aren't sales reps. They're liars. (Passing a polygraph is cause for dismissal, I suppose.)

Solution?

I'm canceling their dsl tomorrow and switching to a local provider. Then, switching to MCI's $59.95 flat rate business rate which includes local and long distance for one low fee.
