The Ohio Department of Revenue has confirmed that Scrap In A Snap of Lehi, UT has never been registered to pay the state sales taxes they've collected back to Ohio. Scrap In A Snap has collected sales taxes from its independent consultants in Ohio for years and has never remitted any monies back to the state. This is obviously highly illegal and the company should be punished to the fullest extent of the law for their actions. It's absolutely terrible how this company is preying on their independent consultants in this fashion.
