Hi i bought a tommee tippee electric steam sterelizer for a friend for her new baby and after two weeks it stopped working, i have had no reply from the company and i bought it from asda i lost the reciept and my friend threw the box away, asda were not helpful at all they offered me a £10 refund which i thought was disgusting to say a new born baby was in the middle of all this i am absolutley gutted as there was no help from either tommee tippee or asda
