I bought a tommee tippee electric steam sterelizer for a friend for her new baby, it stopped working after two weeks i have had no reply from tommee tippee which i think is disgusting to say a two week old child is involved. This product should work longer than two weeks, so i say this product is faulty, so beware of this product because there is no help there
