Interact Moving (http://www.interactmoving.com) is a Brazilian shipping company located in Los Angeles. If you recently shipped either directly with them, or via their Bay Area agent Rosimeire (Meire) Osorio, you will most likely never receive your shippment and will also loose the shipping fees you paid. If you are considering shipping with them, DON'T! My sister in law, as well as other Brazilians in the Bay Area, paid Rosimeire Osorio $3000 to ship all her household belonging (over $12,000 in value) to Brazil on February. She was promissed to receive her shipment in Brazil within 4 month. As of today, 15 month later, she hasn't received anything, nor heard anything. Multiple phone calls to Rosimeire and Rosana from Interact Moving resulted in finger pointing against each other and against the Brazilian custom, with endless promisses that it will arrive next week or next month. So far there is no end to it. I am aware of at least 5 Brazilians who shared the same container and never received their shipment. The company will not even refund the shipping cost. We are planning to sue this company and would like to know of others with similar issues.
