Same story with us, they subcontracted a large amount of work (around 6,000 dollars) and never paid us. I am sure they were paid because the work was performed at fortune 1000 customer so I could not imagine that they didn't collect from the company. We were also promised payments over and over but everyone involved would never send a check. The most insulting part is they are still in business and probably doing this same thing to others. DO NOT TAKE ANY WORK FOR THEM unless you are ok for working without payment.
