Have not paid over $75,000 owed us for two years. Does not communicate

My company performed staffing services for High Wire Network two years ago plus. We were introduced at an event of a mutual company, a Fortune 500 company. High Wire Network, Mark Porter owes my company over $75,000.00 in unpaid invoices not including interest. Mark does not answer phone calls or returns emails. I know the company is in business and has received payment for customers which should have been used to pay us but kept the payments. He has promised he will pay what is owed but does not communicate any plan of action. Do Not Work with this Unethical company.
