On 9/14/10 Patrick Oliver of Fearless Networks contacted me stating that he could provide me with the work I needed for my Facebook Application at that point we agreed on a price of $3000 made in three installments of $1000 each and the time frame for the project was three weeks.
On 9/23/10 I made the first $900 ($100 off for paying in cash) installment to start on 10/11/10 form that point on I saw no progress on the site but he would keep saying that it was all back end work and not to worry.
On 11/9/10 he said he was half way done with the project and requested the 2nd payment of $1000 which I made even when it looked like no work was done he told me not to worry it is all back end stuff and I would see the site very soon and I would be happy.
To make a long story short from 9/23/10 till 1/13 when Patrick called me to inform me he was pulling out of the project because of medical reasons I have not revived any work from fearless networks and I don't get any replys to any of my requests for correspondence even when they called me to pull out of the project they promised me a refund but then stopped all communication.
