Mark Porter Company does not pay their sub-contractors or communicate

Mark Porter of High Wire Networks does not honor his commitments to his sub-contractors. He holds out-standing invoices dating back over a year and refuses to arrange payments or communicate with us in any form.
There are reputable telephone service/install companies but High Wire Networks doesn't fit this profile.
