I have contacted this company in Vancouver, BC Canada several times about payment for a story I did for them last year. It's been way over the usual 90 period and I still never got paid. I only got one payment from them for the first story I did but never the second. They don't answer their phones or emails, I have emailed them several times and no response. They only responded to me once or twice and lied to me that I was going to get paid when the woman in accounting came back from vacation. Well, it's like they took a huge dump on me and lied to my face and I never received a dime from this company!
I will sue this company if I don't collect what is owed to me! They are con-artists and liars. They even lowered their pay rate to $50 from $100 and changed their demographic to 23-34 year olds! That is very unprofessional for them to do that and I will not work for this company again if they don't bother to pay what is owed to me. I did the work, now I want to be paid!
Don't ever work for companies like this outside the United States. They will ignore you, lie, and take you for a ride! I hope this whole fraudulent venture goes out of business and down the toilet! They will pay and get what's coming to them!
