I've read multiple complaints about Blockbuster on here and I have yet to see an issue with the company itself. I'm sure that each of us have our own critism about each individual store but it's not attacking the core of the company.
Most of the complaints I've read could have been avoided I think if it wasn't for the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of Blockbuster. There are still 24 hours in a day are there not? But a 2 day rental at any Blockbuster is far less than that.
Example: I rented a "2-Day" movie on a Thursday night at 10 o'clock post meridian and I have to return it Saturday before noon? Anyone else see this problem?
Of course I returned it at 3 P.M. On Saturday and had to pay a full charge for those extra three hours. But according to math and logic, I still had an easy 7 hours to turn it in. And the 7-day rental is actually a 9-day rental. The whole freakin' system is screwed up.
