MCI was my long distance provider until they started charging me $4.45 a minute for state-to-state calls. MCI charges on my local telephone bill skyrocketed in a 2 month period, causing disconnection of my service. When I called MCI they said they changed my rate plan because they received notification of "financial issues" from my local provider. I contacted my local phone company and they HAD NOT done this. 6 months later I am still trying to get my credits from MCI.
