Terry Moving packed and moved our home from Tustin to Petaluma in April.in so doing, they mislabeled or did not label our boxes at all, they "dumped" items into boxes, they broke items because they were not wrapped, and did not refund my money for the portion of the move related to the packing. They gave me the run around, referred me to their insurance company who denied the claim, and Mark Terry, the owner said to me on the phone, "we don't work for free". This company does not stand by their work and once they get your money, watch out, that is when the disappointment begins! If you use them, don't later say you weren't warned!
