Stonebridge Benefit Services Unauthorized billing to credit card

Fun Family Rewards has been billing our credit card for months after my wife purchased an item over the phone from JC Penney. She did not give them permission to continue to bill us $10 a month, but they are doing so. This undermines our trust in JC Penney's credibility.
