Re: J C Penney SBS Fun Family Rewards. I too found an unsolicted charge today on my bank account statement and, after calling my bank, was given a toll free number associated with this charge of: 1-888-527-6839.
After calling this number, I was able to remove my name from the Fun Family Rewards and was told that a credit would be made to my bank account. Enter "O" to reach an actual operator. They claimed that when I had ordered an item approximately 8 weeks ago that I had clicked on "receive $10 back on your next order."
From now on, I will never check these "receive $ back" when ordering online, and SHAME on J C Penney!
I hope this is helpful to others who have been scammed by J C Penney.
