I ordered a product from this company on May 03 and promptly received a receipt for the purchase.

I contacted them on May 10 (via email) to inquire about billing (see below) and see if it has shipped yet as I have not received a shipping confirmation.

It is now May 14 and I have not received a reply to my email so I phoned the number listed on their website. They have a recorded announcement asking that all inquiries go to them via email and that if you have emailed in the last several weeks and gotten no reply it is because they have been short-staffed but have now hired several more staff to get replies out.

On may 14th I left a voicemail and have sent another email. I'll update if/when I get a reply from either way.

The day after I placed my order with them a suspicious charge appeared on my credit card that may have been them but the company name was listed as "Omni-group" and the invoice number does not match what I was provided. When I research that name it is a company providing Apple, Iphone and Ipod services. I have no Apple products so I asked my credit card company to cancel the charges on May 8.
