I placed on order online on Feb 8 using my check card from happy baby store. My order was over $80.00. I choose priority shipping (3-5 business days) On Feb 10 my banck account was debited for the amount purchased.
It is now close to one month after I placed my order and was charged. I still have NOT received my order. I have called all the telephone numbers on the website (every few days) and get nothing but a recording saying they are short staffed, orders may be delayed etc..., and that the best way to get a quick response would be to e-mail them. I have sent the "company" several e-mails, again with NO response.
