Att has charge to my phone bill a charge for voice mail that i did not authorize them to do. They are even adding late fees because i refuse to pay for this service. I pay my phone bill on time, but deduct the charge for voice mail. I have talked to att numerous times and get the same answer. "contact enhance service billings" they claim they are not affiliated with this company. I want this off my bill and I will not pay for something I did not sign up for. I will find a legal complaint and go to court if I must. This is shameful for a company to try to scam money out of customers.
