Mullen Finance Plan: Prepared and filed with the Superior courts of Orange County a "FALSE PROOF OF SERVICE" Stating that I was served with Small Claims documents in PERSON! By one of their employees., When in fact I do not reside at the address where they served this documents.
California proofs of service are made under penalty of perjury, so in this case what MULLEN FINANCE PLAN has done is PREPARED FALSE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, a violation, under penalty of perjury, and to allow it to be produced for a fraudulent and deceitful purposes, as genuine and true, and allowing it to be filed with the court.
