Andrew Mullen thought I had a mortgage with him he took my house

I found Mr. Mullen and his comp cause needed a refinance when I went to refinance 2yrs later thats when I found out he took my house I hired an attorney but now the feds have him and Im still out my home of 14yrs before he swindled me Im hopeing for some kind of restitution if any Thanks
