Overcharged ripoff

First even though I had my own insurance and faxed them several copies they added $3622.00 to my balance for not having insurance.

I called several time and spoke to the manager George and he Would not change my balance back. Meantime I was being charge interest for that insurance. Then I called to get my pay off balance. They would not send my anything in writing with that amount. I spoke to the manager George again and after telling him I could not pay until I had something in writing he finally faxed me something. I pay off the loan with the amount he gave me. Now I am still getting a balance of $2536.15.

I called George again and he said because the payment got on the 3rd instead of the 30th that I had to pay. I will not get my pink slip until I paid the whole amount off. When I told him that I went by the faxed he sent me he said he never sent me the fax. I told him I have it in my hand. He still said I had to ay the whole amount. I cannot get my pink slip from Mullen Finance Plan-Santa Ana
