Directv drained my bank account. I authorized a payment of approximately 175.00. When I checked my account balance, I found out that they drafted 375.72 out. I called them. They told me I authorized this amount. That was a lie. I specifically checked the box on the web page that stated past due amount. The amount shown in that box was approximately 175.00. I made sure of this because I have been scammed before. I can not review my account online since I called and argued with them. I am locked out. I have five kids for the weekend. I don't have money to go to the store because DirecTV drained my bank account.
