Deanna Robinson me a "female 8-month old Champion blood line breeding/show quality" papillon with malformed teeth, bruised gums and severe tartar. She did not tell me about these problems beforehand. After taking the dog to the vet, I did not feel comfortable bringing a dog in this condition overseas home overseas with me. When I contacted Deanna she sent me the following email: "IN NEW YORK STATE PUPPYLEMON LAW TEETH ARE COSMETIC PROBLEM NOT A LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECT YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE PUPPY LEMON LAW IS ABOUT BEFOR BUYING A PUPPY SORRY THE MONEY IS GONE" "PLEASE DON'T CALL ANYMORE & BOTHER ME WITH THIS THIS ISN'T SOMETHING THATS GOING TO KILL HER OR SHE WOULD OF DIED ALONG TIME AGO"<br style="display: block;">Whether or not this problem is cosmetic, it is STILL a problem, she should have been forthright about the condition of the dog before I made the 13 hr round trip drive to pick it up.
