We are writing this letter to inform everyone thinking of using the company above of how we were scammed into giving them money and promising something in return and not receive it.
This is our story:
We showed up on January 19 for their information seminar on their Discount club. We went through their program, sat with a representative Christina where she explained the company and how it works. We were told it was $ 3,500.00 to be paid in cash that night and this would be the total charges. Then Mr. Koral came over while we were with Christina and asked how much our mortgage rate was. He said that he could do a 2.25 % rate fixed for 5 years if we signed up that night. We were give all copies of our signed documents, and provided them with all of our necessary paper work needed.
We were informed that we would be contacted within a few business days and were not. We waited a few days. Then we proceed to call Omer Waseem for a few more days, continually leaving messages on his voicemail. After we did not receive a phone call back from Omer we called the service manager Bruce Seataer and told him what was going on and he let me know that he would directly have Omer call us back. He finally called back after a few more days and apologizing that he did not return calls and he said that he could not believe that we were treated the way we were. Omer then set up a meeting with us within a few days.
3-4 business day later, we met with Omer and Mr. Koral. Our intentions at this meeting were to get a full refund within the 10 business days. This meeting was scheduled on January 26. At this time they talked us out of a refund, and told us that we would get a 3.25 % for sure, guaranteed mortgage rate. We have a copy of our signed document. This document states that we would receive the 3.25 % rate or better, or we would get our money back in full.
Just to let you know, we did remortgage ourselves and got a great rate with no problems within a week with our financial institution.
We then received a phone call (for the 3rd) time for the same information. Finally, on February 24, we went in and asked for our money back. On this day we signed a release stating that within 15 business days we would receive our money back.
On March 15th would have been the 15 business days from signing our contract. We received a letter a few days later, stating that that due to economic times, then were unable to pay us until April 26, in addition we will be paid interest at a 19.9% rate. We did not agree with this letter, considering we had to pay our fees that day, so we expect our monies the same way. We were obviously upset, and decided to call Bruce the service representative stating that they were to have our fees on Saturday March 12, that we were going to drive down to pick it up. They said that they would have someone call us back. That same day, we received a call back convincing us not to go in over the weekend, since potential clients would be there and that we could have a meeting on Monday with the owner on Monday the 15th.
On Saturday March 13 we received a call from Omer saying not to worry about the meeting on Monday, not to go, the cheque is in the mail.
We proceeded to wait one week until March 22 and still had not received a cheque. Rose called and spoke to Bruce, and he stated not to get all excited yet, to wait until Wednesday because he personally had put the cheque in the Mail on Friday March 19.
On We called back on March 26th and spoke to Gaurav Jindal who is the Accountant. He told us that we were misinformed, that no cheque and been put in the mail. We said that we would then come on Saturday or Sunday to pick up a cheque, we were told that he would have someone call us back. This was again obviously because of potential clients to be there.
Later this day, George Markus called promising that is we do not show up Saturday and Sunday then he would have our cheque March 29th.
We showed up March 29th and we were given 3 posted cheques (starting date a week later; April 6 $ 1011.00, April 13 $ 1014.00 and April 20 for $ 1489.00) We said to Gaurav that these cheques better not bounce, and we were told that they would not.
April 9 we find out that the first cheque bounced. We called & called and had no returned phone calls. April 13 we cashed the second cheque and showed up at IDC at 6:30 pm when they had lots of clients in the show room. We demanded our money back stating that the cheque bounced. We were getting the excited and were threaten from George to keep our voices down, or we would not get any of our money back. George could not write us a cheque, so he wrote us a letter and signed it stating that we will receive a certified cheque by courier the next day for the bounced cheque of $ 1159.00 including $ 50 for Gas.
Then April 14th came and we did not receive a cheque, we called IDC then never called us back.in addition the second cheque bounced. April 15th we called IDC again and since then we have continued to call daily and have not received a returned phone call as of today Sunday April 18.
Our suggestion to anyone who is thinking of investing in IDC think twice. You can find the same financial promise anywhere else. If you choose to go through with IDC, then you will end up the same way we did, in the whole $ 3462.90, not including, time, gas money, headaches and dealing with poor customer service.

P.S. We would like everyone to show up on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays to inform future customers what IDC is really about! We would also encourage everyone to hand out a letter and charge them for Fraud for writing cheques that they know will bounce.
