I gave my letter of termination to BBB transport on June 4 stating my reasions for leaving. I was told that they would hold my last pay an hole back for four months. Sept I contacted BBB Transport an talked to Terra Burdick who is the accountant for the company and payroll an told her that i was out of the country that week an would make arrangments with herto collect moneys owed. As per the conversation of july when I was told the amount of payment would be $4200.00. This was $3000.00 doller hold back, plus $1200.00 from my last pay. I have made numeras phone calls where i was told that this was not a problem. I tryed to make the collection my self but was always given some excuse why it couldn't be done. Tuesday 26 2010 Terra Burdick told me that she could send me the settelment by Fed-ex. I told her that tis would be acceptable, she even went as far as giving me a traking number. When I called Fed-ex to track the package I was told that there was no package. I also asked Terra to fax me a copy of the certified cheque reciet for making the cerrtifided cheque and copy of the breakdown on who the last pay came to be $1200.00. As to date I have not recieved anything from BBB Transport except a runaround. On friday oct 29 I went to the office of BBB transport an spoke to Nickey Burdick who told me as a signing officer for the company that she had no cheque for me an that one had not been made, not what I was told by Terra Burdick. She had told me the draft was being made on wen oct. 27 2010 because Robert &Nickey Burdick where delayed at customs on the 26 oct. 2010. My conversation with Nickey Burdick was witnessed by Rick Graigery who I brought to witness this conversation.in short they have lied to me an have not payed me moneys owed as they have done to most of the drivers that have left there enployment. This is not a rummor this is documented with the Dept Of Labour, an are currently beeing sued in court on a simular matter. All i want is the true amount of the moneys owed to me.
