I am sending your equipment back to you. Im not very pleased with how i was treated on the phone from your customer representative (Daniel) on 4-12. He got very rude and said that he was not a prisoner so he did not have an id number to give to me. Further more i asked to speak to a manager and he said that they were all busy. I called to cancel my services with Lease Finance Group. Daniel said that i couldnt cancel my services over the phone, or email that i had to send a letter in with the equipment. When i called in december i wanted to cancel my service then and they told me to call Comstar (Daniel confirmed). I have been billed the last 3 months. I will no longet be doing business with your company or Comstar. When i called Comstar they siad that the equipment belonged to me and that i could do with it as i wanted thank god i kept that equipment. Im not very pleased how your business is ran. I called on 4-2 and was to 17min waiting time and i ended up being on hold for 47min then i got cut off with them. So i called back the automated system was transfering my call to voicemail number 20. I have been waiting ever since 4-2 to recieve a call back and i never recieved that call back yet.
