Pioneer Military Lending Pioneer, Military, Lending

I put my last contacts with Pioneer in this e-mail. Over the last few months I've asked them to provide me with the information to set up an allotment from my paycheck to pay them. They have refused to give me this info. Therefore I do not feel confident in giving them any other payment information. The e-mail conversation below starts from the bottom and ends at the top.

I'm deployed in Afghanistan and I have limited e-mail access. I'm an infantryman serving in Kandahar. I had to change my bank account because there were some problems with some wrongful deductions. When I asked pioneer the information to set up another automatic payment they refused. I was willing to pay the late fees but they keep stacking them on. Now they want more "personal" information from me to pay them. As they will only accept a credit card or check to pay. I sent them a copy of my deployment orders and they said I was "playing" with them. I just want to pay them. This is still ongoing, and if anyone could help me out that would be much appreciated.

—start e-mail correspondance with the company below— Thank you for saying I'm playing around. I just want to set up my allotment to you guys. Thank you for getting extremely rude with me and threatening me about security clearances. I did change my bank account information. That is why I want to set up and allotment instead of having it come from my bank account so that can't happen again. I've asked numerous times for the information to set up an allotment and you won't give it to me. So I think you guys are actually playing around with me. Thanks for helping a deployed soldier out. Give me the info to set up an allotment.

We just spoke with you through email last month. Your email stated that you accidentally changed your bank account "stuff" in the past without notifying us. You said you were hard to get in touch with because you are deployed and asked what you needed to do at that time to get back on track. You stated that you were interested in paying us and have no intentions of issues and that it was mistake on your part. That emailed was received around the 23rd of last month, what has changed? You emailed the same thing on March 3rd and February 2nd. You are obviously playing around sir, and this is not a game. If we do not get an arrangement soon further processing will begin and this will continue to show as a refusal to pay by a service member. If you have security clearance, you should be aware this may affect you. All I need is the check information and a date of when you can pay the $269.00 (considering that your past due amount is over $1,000 and that is the amount that we could be demanding) and then I can send the allotment information.

I need the allotment information first of all. Second I'm still deployed and won't have internet access soon to take care of this. I also feel it is unfair to charge me so many late fees when I was unable to access internet for so long. When will someone work with me on that?

I can send the allotment information to you but we need to discuss
the payment of $269.00. What day will the funds be available for
that payment? The late charges are $25.00 each.

How do I set up the allotment? How much are my late fees?

Unfortunately, I can not waive all the late fees. Your account is
currently showing as a refusal to pay by a service member because
a payment has not been made since December 1st and your past due
amount is $1,075.96. I am willing to work with you to get this
back on track. Further processing could begin any day now, and as
long as you can guarantee a payment of $269.00, your account will
be back in a current state and you can pay the remaining balance
with allotment or check payments. When will you be making the payment?

Any late charges I request to have removed as I have deployed. I
am supplying a copy of my deployment orders and plan to continue
payments as soon as my banking situation is fixed. I had to
switch banks due to problems with family. I did not have access
to internet often enough to fix the problem.
