I bought a beginner package for liquid keratin. It did not work and so I got it back. It cost $69.00 plus tax. The worker at ULTA (I reside in Austin, TX) wouldn't provide me a reimbursement since I'd utilized significantly more than 3/4 of the little container of item. I told him, that due to my hair kind and duration, I'd to make use of around feasible but the bigger containers were nearly complete. He'dnot notice of it and explained togo online to customer support that we did. ULTA sent me the next day informing me to get hold of the maker. I sent ULTA informing them the maker didn't create the reimbursement plan, that will be unjust. I've not noticed from each one of these.
