Ordered some gifts online on 11/25/10. The shipment was damaged in route to me and returned back to Ulta. Waited 4 days after it was returned and emailed customer support to find out when my package would be resent. No reply. Called two days later, waited on hold for 30 minutes, finally a very unenthused lady took my call and told me that they won't resend my package and my money should be refunded within 30 days. What a freaking joke! I will never ever order anything from Ulta again.
