Ultais customer support may be the TOUGHEST I've actually experienced from an internet store. I named 2 differing times & got hungup on. I named today & was on-hold for 45 minute before speaking with Jennifer. She was really unhelpful and rude. They dropped my return of $44 and he or she did not create any efforts to recover it or monitor it or provide any aid. She turned worst after I requested on her boss and her complete name. I acquired the title John Brown but she'dnot provide me her complete name or his ext # or mail, it is against company plan?! I'll never purchase something from Ulta shop or online again. Also bad since I store Sephora & Dermstore and invest atleast $100 each and every month. I really like Sephora & Dermstore, may stay glued to buying where they handle clients with increased treatment. Ulta is just a very poorly run organization.
