Where has all the service gone? I have been a Sprint PCS customer for nearly 10 years and have received good customer service until yesterday 10-09-2003. I could not believe how badly I was being treated. Employees were very rude to me. First the sales rep kept repeating what I was saying by saying something else that was not even close to what I was saying.
It was like what I had to say did not matter. I had a problem with my phone and was told "It's an old phone buy a new one". It was my only option. Yes my phone is about 4 years old but it has been a very good phone (Samsung 3500) and I like it.
All I wanted was the cover/case switched with another like phone that I had, a service they had performed before at this location. Now I was told "We don't do that, Buy another phone". I asked to speak with the Technician and after doing so he mimicked me under his breath as he walked away with an attitude offering very little help.
I have now found myself looking for another carrier after being a faithful Sprint customer for nearly a decade. I was very unhappy with this Tempe, Arizona local Sprint PCS store and do not want to go back. They have showed me Customer-NO-Service. I will be needing a new phone AND a service provider.
