I purchased the amber alert pet package. After not hearing from them of which they will contact yuo asap, I checked with local pounds and Vet offices and no one had reived any info from them. I had offered a $1000.00 reward for our dogs safe return... I never recieved the Posters or anything. I e-mailed them numerous times with no results... Finally. I emailed them and they said my account had been lost and that they had the wrong e-mail address but they had e-mailed me soooooooooo.??? They said they would rerun my account since I told them that it had been charged to my credit card and that I wanted a refund... To this day no more emails or my money from them so I just made posters, flyers Facebook, etc myself... I want my refund... I asked for a list twice of whom recieved my pet alert and they are "getting back to me'. Within 24 hours. It has been the longest 24 hrs I have ever seen I GUESS THEY HAVE LOST MY EMAIL ADDRESS AGAIN since this was October.
