NTB in Mill Run, Hilliard Ohio. Went set for tire stability and turn. Our child requested to check on a wheel sound. NTB statements I needed four new McPherson Struts plus tires. NTB claims the tires are "at risk of shredding" because of poor struts. I accepted the $1200 work including four struts by telephone (7am) after which turned dubious when I believed my Chevy Malibu had bumps, not struts.
I reached NTB just-in-time to determine my vehicle about the raise. I directed in the rear shocks and questioned why he was getting me for struts that price countless bucks more. He explained the computer-made an error and agreed to provide me a "purchase three, get one-free." I told him the offer was off but he currently had the tires off the wheels, and so I wound up spending $125 per tire using the identical tire at Tirerack promoting for $61 each. This encounter about the day of July 10 has created me a lasting low-client of NTB for that remainder of my entire life.
