NTB (NW Columbus) says 3 of 4 struts on my 2005 Camry with 80K miles are shot due to some slight oil on them that they showed me. The struts ruined 2 of my rear tires which are cupped. When i bought my tires from NTB got lifetime balance/rotaion/alignment. I check my records and found two times NTB did not rotate or align the car. I told NTB why they did not but they only said that i should have not happened. Went to repuible place and they say the struts are fine. NTB will not do anything.
